A Microsoft employee and Developer Evangelist in Columbia, Walter Novoa has posted on his MSDN site that the Windows Phone 8 SDK will not be ready until mid-September. So developers will be left with too very short time interval between the release of SDK and the arrival of Windows Phone 8 handsets on the market.
