Here goes Acer, again.

windows8

Acer’s chairman had his opinion again. During a conference call to announce second quarter earnings, Acer’s chairman J.T Wang commented about Windows 8 on August 17, “we are still waiting for a signal of consumers’ enthusiasm”.  This is the third time Acer has commented on Microsoft's products, two times on Surface and now on Windows 8. Acer’s Chairman does not seem happy with their most important partner. However, we don’t think they have an option. Linux is not famous among consumers, android is no match for Windows, Chrome OS is just a browser, Mac OS is just for Apple. There are several reasons Windows 8 will sell itself, that we will discuss later.  Currently, lets see what Acer is going to do/say next.
